Shipping & Handling 

$12.00 flat fee for all domestic and international orders.

 

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

 

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. We ship with UPS Express (1-3 business days) and Canada Post (4-10 business days). Time in transit may vary. NOTE: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that during holidays there may be delays in processing and shipping times. Thank you for your patience.

 

Orders can be tracked at: www.ups.com or www.canadapost.ca.

 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

 

Payment & Returns 

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. 

For sanitary reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be modified, refunded or canceled.

 

Damages  

In the unlikely event you receive product that is damaged, or there is a problem with your order, please email info@freshCSuperserum.com immediately. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 15 days of first receiving the order. Product must be returned in original packaging. We do not refund shipping, return shipping or duties and taxes (if applicable).
