Shipping & Handling 

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada & USA.

 

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

 

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. We ship with UPS Express (1-3 business day time in transit) and Canada Post/USPS (4-10 business day time in transit). Times in transit are estimate and may vary.

NOTE: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please keep in mind that during holidays there may be delays in processing and shipping times. Thank you for your patience.

 

Orders can be tracked at: www.ups.com or www.canadapost.ca.

 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs duties & taxes or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

 

Payment & Returns 

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Apple Pay.

Unopened, unused products may be returned in their original packaging.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 15 days of first receiving the order. If you do require a return, please email info@freshCSuperserum.com. A flat rate return shipping & processing charge will apply: $16 CAD for Canadian orders, $26 CAD for US orders. Refunds are processed once the products have been received and inspected. We do not refund import duties and taxes (if applicable).

 

Damages  

In the unlikely event you receive product that is damaged, or there is a problem with your order, please email info@freshCSuperserum.com immediately. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 15 days of first receiving the order. Product must be returned in original packaging. We do not refund import duties and taxes (if applicable).
